Mada Trek, the Great Adventure
Mada Trek, the Great Adventure
In 2014, Sonia and Alexandre Poussin left for Madagascar to travel round the Great Red Island with their two children, Philaé aged 9, and Ulysse, 7. In a cart drawn by two oxen, they covered 5000 km in four years, following remote tracks, overcoming obstacles, sharing the daily life of Malagasy peasant farmers and helping to fund humanitarian projects. With 16 hours of programs, Mada Trek is the longest documentary series shot in Madagascar to date.
