Glaciers, ice in freefall
Collapsing glaciers, overflowing glacial lakes, rising sea levels, destabilisation of ocean currents…
As the consequences of melting glaciers are increasingly observed across the planet, teams of scientists, glaciologists and economists are racing against time to understand the mechanisms involved and better anticipate the impact on millions of lives. In partnership with UNESCO and as part of the year 2025 declared the International Year of Glacier Preservation, this film will offer a global approach to the subject.
